Right now I'm reading Dr.Franklin's Island by Ann Halam. So far I've read to page twenty one chapter two in one day and I can't wait to see what happens next. This book has adventure, mystery, suspense, arguing and action all jampacked together. The protagonist is a self conscious shy girl who you can relate to and really have feelings for. Her and two others get stranded on an island in the middle of nowhere after a plane crash and have to deal with trying to survive.

Great comments! I loved your summary of all the literary devices (i.e. suspense) packed into this book. I wonder, will this shy protagonist have to learn to come out of her shell to survive?
