Post 11 A Tough Cookie

I think that Matt is the one that's tough, because even though he is betrayed by El Patron he still cares about him. When he finds out that El Patron is in the hospital and wants Matt for his heart he asks Maria, "How's El Patron?" When Maria asks him why he cares and should be praying, "...that he dies", Matt responds by saying, "I can't." and, "No matter how treacherous El Patron had been, Matt love the old man. No was closer to him in the whole world." Even though the person Matt loves the most betrays him he doesn't even think about turning his back against him, instead he asks if he's okay. I think that Matt is really tough to beablr to still care about someone when they betray him.
