Post 10 Conflicts Galore

On of the problems that Matt has to deal with is accepting that El Patron was just using him. El Patron eduacted Matt very well, but his, "...education and accomplishments were a sham. It didn't matter how intelligent he was. In the end the only thing that mattered was how strong his heart was", and now El Patron's heart was weak and he needed a heart. Even though he knew that El Patron was just using him he, "... wasn't-quite-sure", he thought that El Patron really loved him. Matt couldn't take it, "it was too cruel", he didn't know if he should go to the hospital and risk be killed by the old man that he thinks loes him or stay where he was safe.
